Abstract |
The report summarizes the activities and findings of a task force to assess the character and extent of the problems associated with the production, distribution, use, and disposal of vinyl chloride and polyvinyl chloride. The first Section discusses the nature and magnitude of problems. The second discusses previous and planned activities within the Federal Government of particular significance and the role of industry. The report concludes with some specific recommendations. |
