Abstract | This guidance describes a communication framework that should improve compliance, accelerate environmental work, and increase efficiencies. The intent of the guidance is threefold: Outline a collaborative process to establish site priorites; Identify processes that accomplish program execution; and, Encourage the development and use of informal dispute resolution mechanisms that resolve issues quickly and keep the projects moving forward to completion. |
