Abstract |
This document presents the Agency's decision regarding the reregistration eligibility of the registered uses of picloram (TGAI) and its derivatives: triisopropanlamine picloram (TIPA-salt), isooctyl/ethylhexyl picloram (IOE) and potassium picloram (K-salt). Section I is the introduction. Section II describes picloram and its derivatives, their uses, data requirements and regulatory history. Section III discusses the human health and environmental assessment based on the data available to the Agency. Section IV presents the reregistration decision for picloram and its derivatives. Section V discusses the reregistration requirements. Finally, Section VI is the Appendices which support this Reregisration Eligibility Decision. |
