Abstract |
This document presents the Agency's decision regarding the reregistration eligibility of the registered uses of ortho-benzyl-para-chlorophenol (the acid) which includes the active ingredients potassium and sodium 2-benzyl-4-chlorophenate (the salts) Section I is the introduction. Section II describes ortho-benzyl-para-chlorophenol and the salts, it uses, data requirements and regulatory history. Section III discusses the human health and environmental assessment based on the data available to the Agency. Section IV presents the reregistration decision for ortho-benzyl-para-chlorophenol. Section V discusses the reregistration requirements for ortho-benzyl-para-chlorophenol. |
