Abstract | The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has completed its reregistration eligibility decision (RED) for the pesticide pebulate (S-propyl butyl(ehtyl)thiocarbamate) and determined that all uses, when labeled and used as specified in the document, are eligible for reregistration. The document presents the Agency's decision regarding the reregistration eligibility of the registered uses of pebulate including the risk to infants and children for potential dietary, drinking water, dermal or oral exposures, and cumulative effects as stipulated under the FQPA. Section I is the introduction, and Section II describes pebulate, its uses, data requirements, and regulatory history. Section III discusses the human health and environmental assessment based on the data available to the Agency. Section IV presents the reregistration decision for pebulate, and Section V discusses the reregistration requirements for pebulate. Finally, Section VI contains the Appendices that support this Reregistration Eligibility Decision (RED). |
