Abstract | Rain water filtering down through the soil will provide recharge of the saturated fractured rock aquifer. The computer model FRACNET has been designed to distribute areal recharge into linear fracture zones in order to complete the regional water balance. In the presentation, a technique for modeling regional fracture flow with areal recharge is introduced, along with a demonstration using a hypothetical problem. |
