Abstract | The purpose of this investigation is to evaluate the probable impact of a proposed discharge of cooling tower blowdown wastewater on groundwater in the Tucson Basin. The sources of the wastewater is the Tucson Gas and Electric Company. About 740,000 gallons per day of wastewater are proposed to be discharged into an unnamed arroyo which eventually flows into the Santa Cruz River. |
