AIRS Executive Plus includes ambient air quality summaries from monitoring sites, plus estimates of air pollutant emissions from large stationary sources in the United States and Internationally. This data comes from EPA's AIRS database and is provided by the states and the World Health Organization (WHO). It also includes the National Emissions Trends (NET) database used to develop the annual National Air Pollutant Emission Trends Report. This is a summary of pollution data. The US AIRS data is provided by each state from Point sources. It is not modified in any way by the EPA. The International AIRS data is provided by the World Health Organization (WHO) for member countries. The NET data is provided by the states and is expanded by EPA. The data is obtained from Point, Area and Mobil sources.
