Abstract |
This natural resource use study of the Snake River Basin was conducted in conjunction with a water quality investigation from August 22-28, 1966. The primary objective was to determine non-documented major water uses--at preselected locations--and to grossly assess the suitability of the water environment to serve such uses. In general, terms such as 'high' (aesthetic value), 'heavy' (fisherman use), 'moderate,' 'light,' 'nil' or 'non-existent,' are used to delineate the degree of intensity of a use or of its quality. |
