Separate procedures are given for making computations for (1) entire community milk supplies or (2) for individual dairy farm milksheds, receiving or transfer stations, or milk processors who ship their products, either interstate or intrastate into other milk control jurisdictions. Procedures for (1) above are given under Part 1, The Public Health Service Rating Method for Community Milk Supplies, and the procedures for (2) above under Part II, The Public Health Service Rating Method for Individual Milk Supplies.
