Abstract |
The study investigates the cost-effectiveness of water-saving options contributing to the reduction of wastewater flows from households. The water-saving options analyzed include household water-conserving devices, metering and pricing schemes, as well as local ordinances and national policies. Concern exists in Congress for household water conservation and wastewater flow reduction. |
