Abstract |
The Record of Decision (ROD) addresses the Fritzsche Army Airfield Fire Drill Area (FDA) and groundwater plume, also known as Operable Unit 1 (OU 1), in the northern portion of Fort Ord. The remedy involves the extraction, treatment (via carbon adsorption), and recharge of groundwater that contains volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the A-aquifer at, and downgradient of, the FDA. |
