Abstract |
This report provides the necessary guidance for development of regulations to limit emissions of volatile organic sources (VOC) of hydrocarbons, especially from the coating operations of five industries: can, coil, paper, fabric and automobile and light duty trucks. This guidance includes an emission limit which represents Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) for each of the five, analytical techniques for determining the solvent content of coatings, EPA's policy on the control of VOC, and a monograph on how these components can be used to develop a State regulation. |
