The 'Update' includes a spill exercise in Baltimore, MD, practical issues on spill planning/response, the San Diego Oil Spill Conference, the Exxon Valdez (Lessons Learned and What If), oil spills reported in the U.S. (1988-1990), and interim guidelines for bioremediation. |
