Abstract |
The primary objective of this project was to demonstrate the effectiveness of land control measures in improving water quality and to devise the necessary institutional arrangements for the preparation, acceptance, adoption, and implementation of a sediment control ordinance applicable to incorporated and unincorporated areas on a county-wide basis. |
