Abstract |
The purpose of developing national air audit system guidelines is to establish standardized criteria for EPA Regions to follow when auditing State air program activities. The document, prepared jointly by the State and Territorial Air Pollution Program Administrators (STAPPA), the Association of Local Air Pollution Control Officials (ALAPCO), and the Environmental Protection Agency, provides national air audit guidelines for air quality planning and SIP activities, new source review, compliance assurance, monitoring, and vehicle inspection and maintenance programs. |
