Abstract |
EPA is in the process of developing a National Primary Drinking Water Regulation (NPDWR) to protect the public from microbial pathogens in groundwater and prevent waterborne disease. This workshop held July 10-11, 1996, at The National Academy of Sciences in Irvine California brought together experts who discussed: assessing vulnerability of groundwater to microbial contamination, evaluating and ensuring water system integrity; and monitoring for fecal contamination. |
