Abstract | The decision document presents the selected final remedial action, for soil and groundwater, for the Lockheed Shipyard facility operable unit on the Harbor Island site in Seattle, King County, Washington. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has divided the Harbor Island site into four operable units: (1) the petroleum storage tank facilities (ARCO, Shell and Texaco) operable unit, (2) the marine sediment operable unit, (3) 'soil and groundwater' operable unit, and (4) the Lockheed Shipyard facility operable unit. The decision document addresses only the Lockheed Shipyard facility. |
