Abstract |
There were treatment-related changes in the lungs and bronchial lymph nodes of all treated group terminal kill animals. Microscopically, the findings in the lung were characterised by mild to moderate histiocytosis/proteinosis associated with perivascular cuffing/pneumonitis and increased peribronchial lymphoid response. Lymphoid hyperplasia and minor histiocyte foci were also found in the bronchial lymph nodes. A no observable effect level (NOEL) was not established. |
