Abstract | The invited symposium chapter reviews methods for evaluating sperm function in laboratory rodents and humans, and presents strategies for incorporating both in vivo and in vitro fertilization assessments into reproductive toxicology studies. The EPA Program Offices may encounter this type of data, especially as it appears in mechanistic studies, and this chapter provides information which is helpful in the interpretation of the data and its application in risk assessment. |
