Abstract |
This document presents the national economic impact of a proposed amendment to the Interim Primary Drinking Water Regulations which will be the first phase of a program for trihalomethane control. A critical part of the impact is the cost to individual water systems and increased costs on a per capita basis. Therefore, as much attention has been directed to these measures as to total national costs. |
