Abstract | In an area of middle Germany, which has an abundance of flourine-containing exhaust gases, the wild flora and some cultivated plants were examined in order to find out about their availability as an indicator for the extent and intensity of damages of flourine. As a result of three years of observation, a list of 59 kinds was found, whereby four sensitivity-groups were determined based on the macroscopic damage (necroses of the edges and the rim of the leaves, less frequently in the intercoastal fields). |
