Abstract |
The report is one of nine which comprises the Community Noise Assessment Manual. The Manual provides a comprehensive and computerized system for assessing the noise problems of a community and then planning a noise control strategy for its abatement. This Manual consists of a system of computer programs. It is designed to analyze the raw numbers generated by the social survey (the attitudinal survey) and produce from them a series of concise, meaningful reports. The system described in this Manual runs on the UNIVAC 1110 computer under the EXEC 8 Operating System as implemented at the EPA's National Computer Center. The programs are written for the UNIVAC Fortran V computer. |
