Abstract | A 3(c)(2)(B) letter is notification under Section 3(c)(2)(B) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency had determined that additional data are required to maintain registrations of products containing chemicals under Agency review. Companies must generage and submit data to EPA within scheduled timeframes to maintain registration. The notice lists what data are needed, gives schedules for submitting data, and procedures for requesting waivers and extensions of time. |
