Abstract | This document is intended to provide instruction in the use of the Emission Inventory Subsystem (EIS) of the Comprehensive Data Handling System (CDHS) of the EPA. This EIS provides a systematic method for collecting air pollution data in a data base that will provide a central source for the information needed to help control air pollution. The Emission Inventory Subsystem (EIS) provides the ability to create and maintain, and to retrieve and print data from the data base. It is organized around two main programs, File Maintenance and Retrieval. |
