Abstract |
The Department of the Army is currently implementing hazardous waste minimization (HAZMIN) programs at its installations. As part of this effort each installation is inventorying the generation of hazardous wastes and identifying and evaluating techniques to minimize waste generation. A hazardous waste inventory and HAZMIN plan were prepared for Fort Eustis and its satellite installation, Fort Story. The inventory was updated and the plan reviewed in the spring of 1988. Conceptual HAZMIN techniques were also identified at that time. |
