Abstract |
The technical bulletin supplements the Federal Guidelines Cost-Effectiveness Analysis Guidelines - Cost-Effective Staging and Sizing of Treatment Works. Described herein are assumptions and procedures for estimating staging periods for cost-effective treatment plant size. Also presented herein are the construction cost equations and computer program for staging wastewater treatment plants. |
