Abstract |
The document provides EPA Regions and States with guidance on implementation of the Consumer Confidence Rule (CCR) in the areas of State implementation, direct implementation by Regions, and how States can apply for primacy revision. Topics covered include: CCR rule requirements, reporting and recordkeeping, violation determination and Safe Drinking Water Information System (SDWIS) reporting, content of State primacy revision applications and State/EPA implementation agreements.
