Abstract |
The goal of this project was to determine the bacteria source species from two of the highest priority stormdrain pipes that dischage to Hampton Harbor. Specific Objectives were to: Collect Water Samples at the two selected sites during a stomr of >0.25 inch total precipitation; Analyze the water samples for bacteria concentrations and determine source species using ribotype profiling and Issue a report for incorporation into the Hampton Harbor wet weather Study for the bacteria TMDL. |
