Abstract |
The study analyzes the economic impacts which are likely to result from the promulgation of effluent limitations on the copper forming industry. The study assesses the effects of pollution control regulatory options upon the costs of production, capacity expansion and replacement, profitability, and the potential for plant closures in the copper forming industry. |
