Abstract |
The report presents an evaluation of the Ames Solid Waste Recovery System through the second full year of its operation (1977). This evaluation includes the operating experience and economics of the refuse processing plant, the characterization of the various material flow streams within the refuse processing plant, and the thermodynamic and mechanical performance and the environmental emissions of the stoker-fired steam generators. |
