Abstract |
This document provides basic modeling techniques for estimating the air quality impact of new (proposed) stationary sources. The revision is in a more readily useable format and incorporates changes and additions to the technical approach. Also, a simple screening procedure has been added. The techniques are applicable to chemically stable, gaseous or fine particulate pollutants. An important advantage of the technique is that a sophisticated computer is not required. A pocket or desk calculator will generally suffice. |
