Abstract |
The report is a contract study for the U.S. Public Health Service to develop, under certain assumptions, estimates of the cost and effectiveness of several possible abatement strategies for achieving various air quality levels in the Kansas City, Kansas-Kansas City, Missouri study area. The study applied a form of systems analysis in which a number of interrelated computer programs, data files, and analytical techniques together simulate the overall impact of emission controls on the long-term pollution levels of suspended particulates and sulfur oxides. |
