Abstract | Groups of 5 male and 5 female Crl:CD-1(ICR)BR mice were fed diets containing 0, 50, 250, 500, 1000, or 5000 ppm of the test substance. Body weights and clinical observations were taken daily (weekend excluded) and food consumption was determined weekly. Cage- site examinations for mortality were performed daily. After 2 weeks dietary exposure, all surviving mice were necropsied. All mice sacrificed in extremis were also necropsied. A gross, examination was performed on all animals and selected tissues were examined microscopically. |
