Abstract |
This report is produced by the Sarasota Bay National Estuary Program for the people of Manatee and Sarasota counties. This documents a Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan to restore Sarasota Bay, and provides specific actions to be implemented by the community. The recommendations for improved bay management were developed following an intensive technical analysis to determine the condition of Sarasota Bay and sources of pollution. The actions recommended in this plan have received extensive review by citizen and technical advisors, local governments, and state and federal agencies. |
