Abstract |
Mariah Associates, Inc. (Mariah) prepared this archaeological test excavation work plan at the request of International Boundary and Water Commission, United States Section (USIBWC). The USIBWC is developing the International Wastewater Treatment Plant (IWTP) and associated outfall facilities in southern San Diego County, California, near the international boundary with Baja California, Mexico. This document presents a comprehensive archaeological test excavation work plan developed for four sites to be disturbed by the construction of the IWTP and its related collector pipelines. |
