Abstract |
The suitability of soils in Sandoval and Los Alamos Counties, New Mexico for irrigation is described. The acreage, general location, and relative capability of the soils for use in irrigated agriculture are given. The general soil map and a detailed soil survey provided the information for the classification for irrigation. The data were organized and presented on the basis of soil associations shown on the general soil map and the irrigation land classification map for Sandoval and Los Alamos Counties. (Author) |
