This manual is an operating guide for the use of personnel who operate and maintain the South Tahoe Water Reclamation Plant. The primary purpose of the manual is to explain the functional operation of the plant, to describe its capabilities and limitations, and to suggest procedures for control of the treatment process. The manual is not intended to cover in detail the routine maintenance and repair of various items of equipment, as this information may be obtained from the drawings and instructions supplied by the manufacturers of the equipment installed in the plant.
