Abstract |
In April 1991, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requested formal section 7 consultation, under the Endangered Species Act of 1973 involved 31 registered chemicals that may affect threatened or endangered species. The 31 chemicals include 16 vertebrate control agents, 14 insecticides and one herbicide. The consultation request addressed the effects of all registered uses of these chemicals on all domestically listed species (approximately 600) as of July 1, 1991. This publication presents the USFWS biological opinion on the 16 vertebrate control agents. |
