Abstract |
The heavy-duty transient procedure is a new test procedure, and a preliminary estimate of the accuracy of the test results gathered to date (April 28, 1978) was of paramount interest in evaluating the test procedure. The purpose of this report is to briefly examine the repeatability (errors due to lack of precision) of this new procedure. |
