| Abstract |
The BOD5/DO ratio is shown to be useful in evaluating the general health of streams in a variety of settings and conditions. Keeping in mind that a stream is a dynamic, quasi-living organism under the influence of a large number of ever-changing factors, then the value of acquiring a key to determine and understand these changes will be appreciated. |
