| Abstract | The purpose of this study was to investigate the applicability of a model to all gaged, unregulated Arkansas streams. This model is the expression of a unique relationship that exists, for several area streams, between reservoir size, the fraction of mean annual streamflow assumed to be drawn from the reservoir, and the probability that the reservoir will become empty as calculated by Moran's model for a dam. |
