| Abstract |
The survey was conducted to determine the characteristics of the process wastes and the residual pollution load discharged to the Black River by the Port Huron Sulfite and Paper Co. This project was part of the continuing study of boundary waters pollution being conducted for the International Joint Commission. This plant is located on the north bank of the Black River near the western edge of the city of Port Huron. |
