| Abstract |
The objective of this program is to determine residues of hex and related compounds in water and sediment samples from the Mississippi River upstream and downstream from the sewer outlet. Little or no residues of hex related compounds are present in water and sediment samples taken upstream from the sewer outlet. Below the outlet water appears to contain low ppb levels of some compounds while sediments show residues on the order of ppm. Included in this report are typical gas chromatograms. |
