In 1991, EPA published a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to consider changes to the regulations governing the allowable levels of radionuclides in drinking water. The agency recently published a Notice of Data Availabilty (NODA) to publicize new information on the impact of the proposed 1991 changes.
