Abstract |
The paper describes the USEPA's demonstration project for storing combined sewer overflow in a salt-receiving water body by the flow balance method (FBM). The FBM facilities contain urban-storm-induced discharges between flexible plastic curtains suspended from floating wooden pontoons making them relatively inexpensive. |
