| Abstract |
The guidance document is intended to provide guidance on design in addition to the design set out in section 3004(o)(5)(b) that the Agency believes meet the requirements of sections 3004(o) and 3015 of HSWA and are protective of human and the environment. The document identifies two such double liner systems. |
