This volume is the continuation of Volume I, and contains the following: Environmental impacts of the viable project alternatives - (noise impacts, air quality impacts, impacts on water quality, impacts on geology and groundwater, biological impacts, land use impact, economic impacts, impacts on recreation, impacts on cultural resources, floodplain impacts); Selected alternatives - (overall systems, systems of wastewater treatment, systems of sludge management, treatment of plant site selection and flood protection alternatives, project phasing and interim, wastewater management); Unavoidable impacts - (secondary impacts, primary impacts); Local short-term uses of the environmental vs. maintenance and enhancement of long-term productivity; Irreversible and irretrievalbe commitments of resources likely to result from implementation of the proposed project; Public participation; and Significant issues to be resolved.
