Abstract
This document presents the Agency's decision regarding the reregistration eligibility of the registered uses of menthyl nonyl ketone. Section I is the introduction. Section II describes mentyl nonyl ketone, its uses, data requirements and regulatory history. Section III discusses the human health and environmental assessment based on the data available to the Agency. Section IV presents the reregistration decision for menthyl nonyl ketone. Section V discusses the reregistration requirements for menthyl nonyl ketone. Finally, Section VI is the Appendices which support this Reregistration Eligibility Decision.
