| Abstract | This report is the first annual report of the Effluent Standards and Water Quality Information Advisory Committee (ES&WQIAC) to the Administrator of EPA. The report summarizes the legislative basis and operations of the Committee for the period March 2, 1973 to March 1, 1974. The first chapter of Part I of the report describes the legislative basis of the Committee, its structure, and its operations. Subsequent chapters provide an overview of the Committee's activities and results achieved. Part II of the report includes the detailed comments provided by the Committee during the process of development of effluent limitations by EPA. |
